1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Fugio Founders Network website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RBP Interactive, LLC, doing business as Fugio Founders Network ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Services

Fugio Founders Network is a business funding brokerage that connects small-to-midsize business owners with a network of 250+ lenders. Our Services include:

• Free business funding consultations and capital strategy plans
• Pre-qualification scans to match your business profile against lender products
• Ongoing funding relationship management
• SMS/text message communications (if opted in)

Our Services are informational and advisory in nature. Fugio Founders Network is not a lender. Funding decisions, rates, and terms are determined by third-party lenders.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Services

Fugio Founders Network offers an SMS/text messaging program to opted-in customers. By checking the SMS consent checkbox(es) on our web forms, you agree to the following terms:

4.1 Opt-In. Customers opt in to receive SMS messages by affirmatively checking one or both consent checkboxes on our web forms. Checkboxes are unchecked by default and require your deliberate action. Opting in to SMS is entirely optional and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any service from Fugio Founders Network.

4.2 Message Types. We may send two categories of text messages:

• Service notifications: Consultation updates, funding status, appointment reminders, and account-related communications.
• Marketing communications: Promotional messages, special offers, and information about our funding services and programs.

4.3 Message Frequency. Message frequency varies. Service notifications are sent as needed based on your consultation activity. Marketing messages are sent no more than 4 times per month.

4.4 Message and Data Rates. Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. Fugio Founders Network is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.

5. SMS Opt-Out and Cancellation

You may also opt out by emailing team@fugiofounders.com with "UNSUBSCRIBE SMS" in the subject line. Opt-out requests are processed immediately upon receipt.

6. HELP Requests

You may text HELP in reply to any SMS message from Fugio Founders Network to receive information about our messaging program, including how to opt out. You may also contact us at team@fugiofounders.com or call +1 (877) 379-7888 for assistance.

7. User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in all forms and communications
• Not use our Services for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Not interfere with the proper functioning of our website or Services

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Fugio Founders Network does not guarantee that you will receive funding, that specific rates or terms will be available, or that our Services will meet your specific requirements.

Fugio Founders Network is not responsible for any delays, failures, or issues related to SMS transmission or delivery. SMS delivery is dependent on your mobile carrier and network conditions and is not guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fugio Founders Network and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Fugio Founders Network website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Fugio Founders Network or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

11. Compliance

Our SMS messaging program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and all applicable carrier requirements for A2P 10DLC messaging.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
